Amerian Power Conversion needed to be able to get a presentation from the Sales Director to the rest of the sales force worldwide. We filmed the Sales Director giving the presentation and then we synchronised this video with his PowerPoint slides. 
We created one presentation for their Intranet and another, on CD ROM for using locally. The sales force simply logged onto the intranet and participated in the presentation. As the final product was basically a website with synchronised video, it is now possible to conduct a Q&A with the sales force during the training and have the results collated and used for sales force improvement.
We could also make this sort of presentation accessible via the Internet. We didn't this time because then you would know all of APC's sales secrets!
