Increase web site traffic
The first workshop will be in Melbourne on October the 20th 2005 at the Australian Institute of Management in St Kilda. We will be running these in other capital cities soon after.Places are strictly limited at these search engine workshops so click on that link to register your interest and we will get back to you within 24 hours. I have spent the last ten years of my working life explaining the benefits of the Internet to businesses, so you will not be subjected to a lot of jargon or expected to be a computer scientist. These workshops are for business managers not techies, however if you are a techie you will also gain a lot from them. To give you an idea on the sorts of things you will learn how to do here is a sample.
The search term Jim Stewart (my personal vlog / blog site) is no.4 out of 5,560,000 results, on the first page of Google Worldwide and no.1 and no.2 positions on Google Australia. It is also no. 3 and no.4 on Nine MSN search. It took me about 48 hours to see the results of this aftter implementing what I will teach you to do.
family.com.au is a family portal site that also runs an email hoax alert service. For every new email hoax they receive, we make sure that they are on the first page of google for the subject of the hoax. The last one they had was the "please do this it is hysterical" email hoax . It took us 24 hours to get it into no.1 position on Google worldwide out of 1,450,000 . We also got them into no. 1 and no. 3 position for their slogan "Crappy email address?" on Google and on 9MSN. The website traffic has increased ten fold for family.com.au using these simple techniques.
We have a bunch of these examples so if you want to increase your website traffic you need to make sure it is optimised for the search engines. Search Engine Workshop
