Tremendous information. One of the first things he pointed out was how important listening to your audience online is. If you Google "Grow Bigger Ears" his site is no.1 for the phrase. It will take you to his page that will walk you through a bunch of free tools on monitoring your online audience. I'll put the link up tomorrow.
