Executive coaching

My executive coaching post I made the other day was mainly about the role of Executive Coaches. Often people I had spoken to prior employing the services of a business coach would say, "Yeah but you know how to run a business, what do you need an business coach for?" Well the truth was I had certain ideas about certain things within the business but the truth was I didn't believe SEO could be made into a series of replicable processes.

Executive Coaches are the next logical step

Our Business coach guided us to the areas we needed to put most energy into in order for the business to grow. This was mainly focused around building processes and structuring our approach to SEO. We knew how to do most of the things he suggested but we weren't 100% sure on which to do first. Now our management team is finding they are going through the same process and I have no doubt that the time is coming where we will employ an executive coach in order to take the business to the next level.

Executive Coach

Executive Coaches usually specialise in coaching executives within a company reach their goals.

For instance, we use a business coach in our own business. Occasionally we take the management team in for sessions. In a sense our Business Coach is also an Executive Coach. As we grow we will probably have our Business Coach attend weekly management meetings to help the executives achieve their weekly goals.
