Well for starters you may want to ask Melissa as she SEO'd one of those sites

We’ve spoken briefly on the phone before – I thought I’d drop you a line because my boss is starting to tear his hair out and I’m questioning my capacity to become an SEO God overnight.
We have a number of sites currently online – cpanel / google stats suggest the sites are getting hits (although the stat are confusing enough in themselves) but people aren’t staying around and the phone is NOT ringing.
The sites are:

We don’t know what to do!
Why Jim? WHY!!!??? We’re good people : we do good work – why don’t the people like our sites? What do we need to do???
