Just watching Chris Brogan at the Marketing Now conference in Wellington NZ. First conference I've ever been to where the speaker hands out chocolates before he starts!

Tremendous information. One of the first things he pointed out was how important listening to your audience online is. If you Google "Grow Bigger Ears" his site is no.1 for the phrase.
