be searched be found

"Be Searched, Be Found" is our positioning statement. What do you think?

As a search marketing company it explains what we do and the benefit. Miles Baker (a great Internet Marketer) came up with idea. I asked for suggestions in a marketing forum I frequent and received heaps of fantastic suggestions.

Miles was the winner though.

The power of the Net huh?

News Ltd is infecting your PC?

According to the google 'safe browsing diagnostic' tool, news.com.au is infecting a lot of PCs and at least one other website with malware.

This is a good illustration of why I never respond to automated requests for reciprocal linking. Does Google think you stink?

"Clean Feed"

Senator Stephen Conroy wants to implement an INternet filter to block illegal material and material that is "Harmful and inappropriate for children".

This filter will kill the AU net industry as we know it. It won't work and it will give parents a false sense of security that their children will be protected. They won't be.

Digital Marketing and Media Summit

From the clowns that brought you the Advertising marketing and media summit. They are spamming again. I have repeatedly tried to get off these people harvested list. How do I know it's harvested? Because of the address they are spamming only appear on one web site. I have called them and repeatedly emailed them.

They give online marketing a bad name. I can't believe Google is associating their brand with these spammers. They are worse than the NAB.

Today I do a quick follow up and then focus on keyword analysis tools. Specifically I take a look at 4 tools (3 from Google) and see if the numbers that Google is telling me stack up... they don't.

What to do when Google fibs
