Digital Production Coordinator

Specializing in organic search marketing we now need a production coordinator to liaise with our clients and our production team to keep projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities:

•Schedule & respond to client requests both written and verbal

•Ensure timely production of client tasks

•Liaise with production team to schedule and prioritise work

•Review client reports to ensure quality.

•Work with production team to ensure client goals are being met.

•Regularly liaise with clients to establish new goals for their sites.

You will need:

•Proven background in scheduling work in a fast paced web environment

•Knowledge of different web production technologies & languages. (no coding)

•The ability to prioritise & attention to detail are essential.

•Can do attitude.

•Unbridled enthusiasm for the online space.

•Exposure to social media.

•Exposure to search marketing is a massive plus! Either PPC or organic.

•Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential.

•Fantastic problem solving and project management skills.

This job would ideally suit someone looking to build a career in the online marketing industry. If you have Account Management or Project Management experience they would be well utilised in this great opportunity. This is a key role in our fast growing business.
